Its my favorite among all the soups. I like the simple way its being cooked. Every time we eat at our favorite Asian restaurant I wonder where they get the wanton in it. So i looked for it at the asian stores. But to my dismay, they are really high in sodium. And I really dont know whats inside it. I stopped my seek of making a wanton soup. But measure monday while looking for new things at Trader joes. I saw a chicken potsticker. It looks like it can be a good replacement for the wanton. So I got one and cooked it with plenty of vegetables desire broccoli, napa cabbage and zucchini. It sure tasted like the wanton soup. Joel said he can eat it everyday of his life. Oh well, who else would be my be fan but him.
